Valerie Mehlman, founded AFTER, AFTER CARE in Beverly Hills in 2012 to assist post surgical plastic surgery patients in the greater Los Angeles area. Valerie is amongst a rare breed of people who was born, raised and still resides in the Westside of Los Angeles. Growing up in the Mecca of Plastic Surgery, Valerie has experience and knowledge in the Plastic Surgery Field. She has personal and professional experience working with surgical/non surgical patients and has vast knowledge of pre/post operative concerns and the healing & recovery process.

With over 10 years of professional and personal experience, it became clear to me that just a few words could and would describe my passion and dedication to after, after care. These few words suddenly made perfect sense – The Plastic Surgery Doula. The Plastic Surgery Doula says it all.
